The terms and conditions that apply between 188BET and the person or business (the “Affiliate”) who participates in the 188BET Affiliate/Agent Program (the “Program”) are outlined in this agreement. A “customer” is a person who creates a new 188BET account and deposits money into it.
Engagement in the Program
A prospective Affiliate will start the sign-up procedure by completing and submitting a detailed Program application through the 188BET website. Following examination of the application, 188BET will inform the potential affiliate whether they have been approved into the program or not.
If we determine, in our sole discretion, that the provided website is incompatible with the Program, we have the right to refuse any application.

Modification
188BET reserves the right, at any time and in its sole discretion, to modify this Agreement’s terms and conditions by sending an email to the Affiliate or publishing a new notice or agreement on our website. Your only choice is to terminate this agreement if any modifications the Affiliate finds undesirable. After we post a change notice or amended agreement on our website, your continued participation in the program will be deemed your binding acceptance of the change.
Affiliates’ obligations and rights
In order to maximize the financial benefit to both Affiliate and 188BET, Affiliate promises to use its best commercially reasonable efforts to actively and profitably market, advertise, and promote 188BET as widely as feasible. Affiliate shall only take part in advertising, marketing, and promotional activities that uphold 188BET’s business brand and do not violate any laws.
Affiliate is in responsibility of paying all fees and costs associated with 188BET’s client-facing advertising, marketing, and promotion.
Without first submitting such material to 188BET and receiving our prior written authorisation, which shall not be unreasonably withheld, Affiliate shall not generate, publish, distribute, or otherwise allow any written content mentioning 188BET.
Amounts Paid for Commissions
According to this agreement, 188BET will pay Affiliate each month for the previous calendar month. The 20th of every month is the deadline for making a payment for the preceding month. Payment will roll over to the following month if Affiliate commissions generated in a given month do not total $100 ($100.00 SGD) until they do.
Moneybookers, bank wires (with an SGD$25 transfer fee), and 188BET betting accounts are all acceptable methods of payment. It is the Affiliate’s responsibility to select a payment method and cover all associated transaction fees.
Earnings that are in the red are carried over to the next month. If the Affiliate’s balance is positive at the end of the month and it satisfies the minimum requirements, payment will be made, and commissions will be paid on the positive sum. The Affiliate’s negative balance will be carried over to the following month if it exists at the conclusion of the current month.

Account Duplication and Self-Referral
Affiliate is not permitted to open more than one Affiliate account without 188BET’s prior written consent, nor is Affiliate permitted to receive commissions on their own 188BET accounts or those of their linked parties. Please be aware that you cannot place bets using your affiliate account. Any existing or future play, as well as any earned commissions from such play, may be void in the event of a breach, and 188BET reserves the right to do so.

To ensure the quality of traffic being referred, 188BET has the right to conduct a thorough investigation of any player who accounts for 50% to 100% of an affiliate’s earnings from players they have recommended. 188BET maintains the right to withdraw commissions if a player’s actions are determined to be fraudulent.
188BET reserves the right to conduct a thorough analysis of the player’s betting behavior to ensure the quality of the traffic referred, and 188BET reserves the right to withhold commissions if the player’s betting behavior is deemed fraudulent.
This clause applies if 50% to 100% of an affiliate’s earnings from referred players are generated by players who are backing the same selection in the same event.
After the affiliate player joins the affiliate program, 188BET reserves the right to impose a three-month probationary period during which the affiliate player’s betting behavior will be watched to ensure the quality of traffic referred.
188BET maintains the right to withhold any or all commissions earned during the trial period (or at any time thereafter) if player behaviour is determined to be fraudulent.
188BET will not compensate the Affiliate for any income generated by a banned Customer if the Customer, who was acquired through an Affiliate, is prohibited from playing for any reason and 188BET is compelled to return any monies placed to the Customer.
Payments made to a Customer registered through an Affiliate will be postponed by 188BET while that Customer’s credit card, bank account, or address are being investigated.
A person cannot be affiliated with 188BET as both an affiliate and a referrer at the same time. Any commission earned will be prorated up to the date of termination if it is discovered that a person has both ties to 188BET. 188BET has the right to terminate all or either of the relationships if this occurs.
Rules and Regulations
Following 188BET’s written confirmation of your acceptance into the Affiliate program, this Agreement will come into force. By sending an email to [email protected] (Attention: Affiliate Manager) with at least 7 days written notice of termination, either 188BET or Affiliate may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause. Performance of the affiliates will be assessed often.
This agreement may be terminated at any time without prior notice if the Affiliate is not a current participant in the Program. Affiliate agrees that 188BET may cancel this agreement immediately and without prior notice in the event that Affiliate violates any of its terms or conditions.
Upon termination:
- Affiliate will instantly lose access to all rights and licenses granted to it.
- Affiliate is entitled to any outstanding commission fees that were accrued on or before the termination date. After the termination date, Affiliate will not be eligible for any referral fees.
- Any referral fees due at the time of termination won’t be paid by 188BET if an Affiliate doesn’t fulfill their obligations and duties.
- In order to make sure that the right amount is paid to the affiliate, 188BET retains the right to delay final payment for a fair amount of time.
- It is not a continuance or renewal of this Agreement, nor is it a waiver of termination, if 188BET permits activity (income generation) from Affiliate’s clients even after it has ended.
All copies of information in your possession, custody, or control, including any private information, will be returned to 188BET by the Affiliate.
Affiliate and 188BET will be released from all duties and responsibilities to one another occurring or arising after the date of such termination, with the exception of those obligations that are required by their nature to survive termination. Affiliate won’t be exempt from responsibility for any violations of this Agreement that happened before termination.
Parties’ Interaction
No element of this Agreement establishes a partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, sales representative, or employment relationship between 188BET and Affiliate since the parties are independent contractors.
Affiliate is not permitted to give or accept any statements or offers on 188BET’s behalf. You won’t say anything that suggests you have the authority to speak for 188BET, whether it’s on your website or somewhere else.
Indemnity Affiliate shall defend, indemnify, and hold harmless our Clients, their directors, officers, employees, and representatives from and against any and all liabilities, losses, damages, and costs, including reasonable attorney’s fees, resulting from, arising out of, or in any way connected with (a) any breach of warranty, representation, or agreement contained in this Agreement, (b) the performance of your duties and obligations under this Agreement, (c) your negligence in the performance of your obligations under this Agreement.
